Frequently Asked Questions
Everything You Need to Know Before Starting Your Cushy Forex & Commodity Academy (CFCA) Journey
Choosing a financial-markets education programme is an important decision. At Cushy Forex & Commodity Academy, we believe prospective students should understand exactly what they are enrolling for, what they can expect from their learning experience and what the Academy does—and does not—promise.
The answers below provide clear information about our programmes, learning platforms, practical training, student support and approach to responsible financial-market education.
01Is Cushy Academy suitable for beginners?+
Yes. Cushy Forex & Commodity Academy is designed to accommodate learners at different levels, including complete beginners.
Our programmes are structured progressively, beginning with foundational concepts before advancing into market structure, Demand & Supply, price action, technical and fundamental analysis, risk management, trading psychology and practical market application.
Students are guided progressively so they can build their knowledge and skills rather than being expected to understand advanced trading concepts from the beginning.
02Do I need previous trading experience?+
No. Previous trading experience is not required for our beginner-level programmes.
Students who are completely new to financial-market trading can begin with the appropriate foundation programme.
For students who already have trading experience, CFCA also provides intermediate and advanced programmes designed to help them strengthen their understanding, identify weaknesses and develop a more structured approach to market analysis and execution.
03Do I need a trading account before joining?+
No. You do not need a live trading account before beginning your training.
We recommend that beginners first develop their knowledge and practise their skills before committing real money to the markets.
Depending on the stage of your programme, you may be introduced to demo/paper trading and chart-based practical exercises before progressing to live-market participation.
CFCA does not require students to deposit funds with the Academy for trading purposes.
04Do you teach TradingView?+
Yes. TradingView is an important practical learning environment within CFCA’s trading education.
Students may learn how to use TradingView for:
- Chart analysis
- Market structure identification
- Demand & Supply analysis
- Drawing and marking zones
- Trend analysis
- Multi-timeframe analysis
- Price-action study
- Trade planning
- Chart annotation
- Backtesting and forward-testing exercises
The objective is not simply to teach students how to operate the platform, but to help them use charting tools effectively as part of a structured analytical process.
05Do you teach MT5?+
Yes. MetaTrader 5 (MT5) is covered as part of practical trading education where applicable.
Students can learn about areas such as:
- Navigating the MT5 platform
- Reading charts
- Placing and managing orders
- Stop Loss and Take Profit
- Pending orders
- Position management
- Trade history
- Account information
- Understanding spreads and execution
- Basic platform settings
CFCA’s focus is on developing trading competence and decision-making, rather than promoting any particular broker.
06Are classes online or physical?+
CFCA supports both online and physical learning formats, subject to programme availability and location.
Online students can participate through digital learning platforms and live online classes.
Physical classes may be organised at designated CFCA training locations or for specific cohorts and programmes.
Students should confirm the available format, schedule and location for their selected programme before enrolment.
07Are classes recorded?+
Yes. Relevant classes are recorded and made available to enrolled students through the CFCA learning environment, allowing students to revisit lessons for revision and reinforcement.
Recorded lessons are particularly useful when students:
- Miss a live session
- Need to review a difficult concept
- Want to repeat a practical demonstration
- Need additional preparation for an assessment
Recording availability is subject to the student’s programme and the Academy’s applicable access policy.
08How long do I have access to recordings?+
Recorded-class access is provided during the applicable access period of your programme, subject to CFCA’s programme and content-access policy.
The exact access period may vary according to the programme purchased.
Students should therefore check the specific access terms attached to their programme before enrolment.
09Is there a student community?+
Yes. CFCA provides students with access to a learning community designed to encourage interaction, discussion, peer learning and continued engagement with the Academy.
Depending on the programme, the community may be used for:
- Student discussions
- Learning support
- Class announcements
- Questions and answers
- Educational resources
- Practical exercises
- Market-related educational discussions
- Academy updates
- Student engagement
The community is intended to support learning and development and should not be interpreted as a source of guaranteed trading signals or guaranteed profits.
10Is support available?+
Yes. CFCA provides student support through its designated communication and learning channels.
Students can seek assistance regarding areas such as:
- Programme navigation
- Lessons and learning materials
- Assignments
- Technical learning issues
- Class schedules
- Assessments
- General academic questions
CFCA also provides access to community and support channels as part of its student-learning ecosystem.
Support availability and response times may vary according to the programme, channel and operating schedule.
11Do you teach Gold?+
Yes. Gold is one of CFCA’s core areas of commodity-market education.
Students may study Gold (XAUUSD) from both educational and practical perspectives, including:
- Gold-market fundamentals
- Market structure
- Demand & Supply
- Price action
- Liquidity and market behaviour
- Multi-timeframe analysis
- Risk management
- Trade planning
- XAUUSD case studies
- Practical chart analysis
Gold is a major component of CFCA’s commodity-focused educational approach.
12Do you teach BTCUSD?+
Yes. CFCA provides educational training relating to Bitcoin/USD (BTCUSD) and the cryptocurrency market.
Depending on the programme, students may study:
- BTCUSD market structure
- Price action
- Demand & Supply
- Multi-timeframe analysis
- Volatility
- Risk management
- Trade planning
- Practical chart analysis
- Bitcoin market case studies
Because cryptocurrency markets can be highly volatile, risk management and disciplined execution are particularly important areas of the training.
13Do you teach Demand & Supply?+
Yes. Demand & Supply is an important component of CFCA’s trading methodology.
Students are taught how to study areas of potential market imbalance and price reaction rather than simply relying on isolated indicators or trade signals.
Depending on the programme level, training may include:
- Identifying Demand and Supply zones
- Understanding market context
- Fresh and tested zones
- Multi-timeframe analysis
- Price reaction
- Market structure
- Liquidity considerations
- Confirmation and entry models
- Stop Loss placement
- Take Profit planning
- Trade invalidation
- Risk management
- Historical and live-market case studies
CFCA also incorporates its CIDSEM — Cushy Institutional-Style Demand & Supply Entry Model — into relevant advanced training.
14Do you teach Prop Firm challenges?+
Yes. CFCA provides educational guidance on proprietary trading (prop-firm) challenges and funded-account programmes.
Students may learn about:
- How prop-firm challenges are structured
- Evaluation rules
- Risk limits
- Drawdown
- Daily loss limits
- Position sizing
- Trading plans
- Risk management
- Psychological discipline
- Challenge preparation
- Common mistakes
- Account-protection principles
However, CFCA does not guarantee that a student will pass a prop-firm challenge or receive a funded account.
Prop-firm rules also vary between providers and can change over time, so students should always review the current terms of the specific provider they are considering.
15Does Cushy Academy guarantee profits?+
No. CFCA does not guarantee profits, returns, income, successful trades, successful prop-firm challenges or financial success.
Financial markets involve substantial risk, and trading outcomes depend on numerous factors, including market conditions, strategy, risk management, execution, discipline and individual decision-making.
Our responsibility is to provide structured education, practical training, knowledge, tools and learning support.
The student remains responsible for their own trading decisions and financial risk.
CFCA is an education and training academy—not an investment-management firm and not a guarantee of trading income.
16Can I become a professional trader after completing a programme?+
A CFCA programme can provide structured education and practical skills that may contribute to a student’s development as a trader, but completing a programme does not automatically make someone a professional trader.
Professional development requires continued:
- Education
- Practice
- Market observation
- Backtesting
- Forward testing
- Risk management
- Trading-journal development
- Psychological discipline
- Performance evaluation
- Real-world experience
Students progress at different rates.
A certificate confirms completion of the relevant educational programme; it does not guarantee profitability, employment, professional trading status or future trading performance.
17Do you provide trading signals?+
CFCA’s primary service is financial-market education and training, not the sale or distribution of guaranteed trading signals.
Our educational approach is designed to help students understand why a market setup may exist, how to analyse it, how to assess risk and how to develop their own trading decisions.
Where market examples or live educational analysis are presented during training, they are provided for educational purposes and should not be interpreted as guaranteed trade recommendations.
The objective is to develop independent, informed and disciplined traders, rather than create dependence on someone else’s BUY or SELL calls.
